For this unforgettable experience, GD Millesimes invites you to take part in a gastronomic discovery or a journey through the vintages.

Activities for family, friends, special events (cocktail party, bachelor/bachelorette party, etc.): “Gastronomy Discoveries”
Activities for tourist groups: “Wine from the Renaissance era till today”; “Gastronomy Discoveries”; “Time evolution of Wine”. Customized for multiple audiences, depending on the group’s motivation.

Team building activities: “How to serve a Loire Valley wine”. Wine-related game, original and fun, designed for several teams.
Customized activities designed to discover the evolution of the wines through time and lift the veil on the beliefs that an old vintage is bound to be good: “Time evolution of Wine”.

These activities can be organized at most of the touristic sites in the Loire Valley (châteaux, boats, etc.) or at your place of accommodation.
They can be customized as you desire, especially if you wish to discover specific vintages for personal reasons
(year of birth, first year job anniversary in the company, etc.).

The bottle is invoiced at the price of my wines.

Gastronomic discovery

This workshop is based on a unique discovery of Loire wines and a tasting of local products:

4 wines, including three old vintages, served with Touraine's renowned cheeses and charcuterie.	Duration: approximately 1 hour 6 people minimum	Flash 20 € incl. tax / person	Reservation

This workshop is based on discovering Loire wines and tasting local produce:

Wine from the Renaissance to the present day. From drink to pleasure...

This activity is based on discovering the evolution of the use, taste and perception of wine from the 16th century to the 2000s.

You will taste :

A young wine with potential + a Touraine dish
A vintage from the 60s and 80s

A Renaissance beverage: (Hypocras wine or Sage wine)

Serving a Loire wine

Based on the discovery of my Loire wines through fun tastings, this workshop will enable you to appreciate :

Sweetness in wine?
The importance of the glass?
Temperature?

Food and wine, an example?
The characteristics of ageing (a few vintages)

You will taste around 8 wines in 1 hour 30 minutes, including 3 old vintages.

During each of these events, I can also help you appreciate, in the best possible conditions, a bottle that is full of emotion and that leaves common memories with the participants (year of birth, marriage, etc.).

The bottle is invoiced at the same price as my wines.

Discover the anniversary vintage

This exceptional event is an opportunity to discover the evolution of my Loire wines and to share or offer a birthday wine (at the price of the bottle).

During a fun tasting session, I highlight :

A young wine with ageing potential and gastronomic characteristics

A teenage wine from the 2000s
A young adult wine from the 1970s

For groups of 10 or more Duration: approx. 1 h 30	30 € incl. tax / person
Groups of 6 to 9 people Duration: approximately 1 h 30	40 € incl. tax / person

Discovering time

During a fun tasting session, I highlight :

A young dry wine accompanied by a regional product
A young semi-dry or sweet wine

A vintage from the 80s
A vintage from the 60s

Groups of 15 to 30
Duration: approx. 1 hour

For each tasting:

You can also choose your vintages and increase the number of tastings so that they can be enjoyed in the best possible conditions.

The price charged for each bottle is determined according to the rates applied to my wines.

During the visit, I can select different dishes for you, such as foie gras, caviar and truffle cheeses, which go perfectly with the wines, especially the older vintages (visits and tastings at the producers' on request).
